Delivery Information
After your order is confirmed, it is delivered to the cargo company to be sent to the address you specified within 7 business days.
Delivery time and conditions may vary in cases caused by the buyer (not being present at the address, not having an authorized person to receive delivery, the buyer having moved from the address, etc.). The tracking process will begin when your order is shipped. You can access the cargo tracking number required to track your order by clicking on your relevant order in the "My Orders" section under the My Account menu heading. You can receive your order from the cargo officer by presenting a photo ID and signature.
When receiving your product, please open the shipping box and make sure that its contents are complete and undamaged. In case of any mishap, send the product back by keeping a report with the cargo officer. If you are not personally present at the address during delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after your photo ID is checked and your signature is obtained.
If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the cargo company officer will leave you a news note. A second visit will be made to the same address as of the business day following the release of the news note. Delivery will be made within 2 days after you call the Cargo company's Customer Services and inform them of the time zone in which you can receive your order at home.
It is not replaced the person taking the order after give an order.
SHIPPING PROCESS
• All cargoes are delivered to the address via Aras Cargo.
• In order for your delivery to be made accurately and easily, you must fill in your address information (address, street, neighborhood, street) completely.
• The tracking process will begin when your order is shipped. You can find the cargo tracking number required to track your order in the relevant order detail in the "My Orders" section under the "My Account" menu heading.
